- If you want to change the delivery address once your order has been placed, it is very important that you contact us immediately. Changing the address will suppose a cost depending on the country of destination.
- For international orders, orders are passed through to international courier companies who take care of air transportation.
- Unfortunately we are not able to ship to PO Boxes..
- As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email from which you will be able to track your order.
- Orders of $90 or more that have enjoyed free shipping will have a fee of $10 in concept of management fees, in case of a return of the order.
- Orders of $250 or more that have enjoyed free express shipping will have a fee of $45 in concept of management fees, in case of a return of the order.
